Best Available Rate Guarantee
The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection (“us”, “we” or “VLHC”) guarantees the best publicly-available rates whenever an eligible Visa cardholder (“you”) books a hotel room through us, subject to terms and conditions (the “Best Rate Guarantee”).
If you find a lower room rate on another website, please submit your rate match request here. We will match a rate if all of the following occur:
1.You submission is completed within 24 hours of making the original booking through us, and no later than 72 hours prior to original booking’s arrival date.
2.Your request for a rate-match specifies the lower rate and provides the exact link (URL) where we may confirm the lower rate.
3.Your rate match request is submitted in the same currency as your Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
4.The lower rate for which you are requesting a match:
a. is at least USD 20 lower than the rate from your original Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
b. is for the same hotel, has identical booking requirements (for example: room type, stay dates, length of stay, and number of guests) and has identical policies for payment and cancellation as your Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
c. is available to the general public on a public-facing website, that does not require (1) registration (e.g., setting login credentials or a password), (2) paid membership or use based upon predefined user characteristics (e.g., rates intended only for employees of a particular company, members of a particular association, members of a reward or loyalty program, corporate/group rates, or military or government rates), (3) you to provide a coupon or promotional code, (4) you to contact the hotel or an agency directly.
d. does not have a “minimum night-stay” requirement, even if such requirement is met by your original Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
e. is not a rate or special offer offered exclusively by booking directly with the hotel.
f. is not a pre-paid, non-cancellable, and/or non-refundable rate.
g. is not available on auction or flash sale websites like, but not limited to, Priceline or Hotwire.
h. is not a packaged rates that include the room with other travel and/or entertainment goods and services such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, car rentals, or show tickets.
We will review your request for a rate-match and respond within 48 hours.
If your rate match is approved, we will either adjust the nightly rate or a credit for the rate difference will be applied to your hotel folio at check out. We do not provide cash-backs, gift cards or reimbursements in any form directly to you.
By booking a hotel through us, you agree that (1) the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection decides, at its sole discretion, whether a rate is valid and meets the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and (2) the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection’s decisions are final.
Visa Luxury Hotel Collection does not charge fees for making a booking or matching a rate.
The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection reserves the right to modify this Best Rate Guarantee at any time.
Automatic  Room Upgrade Upon Arrival Upon availability at check-in, you will be upgraded to the next highest room class for the duration of your stay.
Food or Beverage Credit Starting at $25 USD
During your hotel stay you will receive a $25 USD credit at check-in. Limit of one $25 USD credit per room, per stay. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Any charges over and above the credit described above will be applied directly to your account to settle upon departure. Credit has no cash value and is not valid on room rate or third party services.
Complimentary Breakfast Daily
For the length of your stay, you and one guest will receive complimentary continental breakfast daily. If the hotel does not offer continental breakfast, they will offer another dining or other benefit of equal value based on local market rate.
VIP Guest Status
As a guest through the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, you will be recognized within the hotel as a VIP Guest. VIP Guest services and amenities differ by property.
Complimentary In-Room Wi-Fi
Upon check-in you will be provided with complimentary in-room Wi-Fi access, if available, for the duration of your stay. 
Late Check-out Upon Request 
Late checkout is available upon request, upon availability by the hotel. At the time of check-in, or during the course of your stay, you may contact the front desk and request late checkout up to 3 p.m.
* In cases where one of the benefits is not available at a hotel, the hotel may provide a substitute benefit of equal value. Some hotels may provide one of the benefits as a standard feature of the room being booked. In those cases the hotel may or may not provide a substitute benefit of equal value. Resort fees that cover any of the benefits are not reimbursable. Reservations must be booked either on a Visa Luxury Hotel Collection website or through Visa Concierge for benefits to apply.
