•如预约成功，本权益不可更改使用日期，如因特殊情况持卡人不能按预约时间到店就餐，即完成预订后如需取消，请至少提前24小时在微信端退订，如需退订次日预订，请至少于前一晚18点前退订。如超过时间，则无法退订和退款，敬请谅解。

•预约成功后，请在预约日期前往用餐，若持卡客户未在预约的时间用餐，则该验证码自动作废，视同已用餐。

•如预约失败，支付的相关款项将会在5个工作日内原路退回持卡客户账户，除此以外不给予任何其他赔偿。

•持卡客户需自行妥善保管预约短信和验证码，如出现丢失、被冒领或因个人原因导致预约短信及验证码误删、泄露等，不予补发或赔偿，不再安排就餐或退款，该次权益视为已使用。

•相关权益优惠不可与商户促销、团购及其他优惠同时使用，儿童收费请以实际餐厅收费细则为准。

•酒店保留因特殊原因调整或停止提供自助餐/下午茶服务的权力，调整结果以预定页面为准。

•权益一旦激活绑定，将不得转让。

•持卡客户如有违反活动规则，转售或转借他人使用本礼遇、利用争议交易等手段恶意套取优惠奖励等行为，一经发现，Visa有权作废其礼遇资格，并保留追究其法律责任的权利。

• Eligible Card Types: Chinese mainlandVisa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Privilege Card, and Visa Infinite Card issued within mainland China, Hong Kong , Macau , and Taiwan. • This benefit is only valid for reservations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled date. The specific usage period will be determined by the actual reservation. To use this benefit, cardholders must complete a reservation payment via WeChat at least 24 hours in advance. Successful bookings will receive a confirmation SMS with verification code, which is exclusive to the cardholder. 
• Benefit usage is subject to the merchant's daily capacity. Service may be unavailable due to full capacity or unforeseen circumstances, resulting in potential booking failures. 
• The benefit provider will confirm reservation status and send SMS notifications with verification codes within 24 hours of order placement. Booking success is confirmed via SMS notifications. Alternatively, log into WeChat's "My Orders" page and enter the reservationee's phone number to check order details. 
• Present the SMS verification code before dining to enjoy buffet or afternoon tea. 
• Any additional charges beyond buffet benefits (e.g., non-benefit items, beverages, or services) require separate payment. (Unless otherwise specified, the merchant's benefits include two-person buffet net price, value-added tax, and service fees.) 
• Reservations cannot be modified. If unable to dine on scheduled time due to special circumstances, cancellations must be processed through WeChat at least 24 hours after booking. For next-day cancellations, request cancellation no later than 6:00 PM the previous evening. If the time is exceeded, you cannot cancel and refund. Please understand.
• Upon successful reservation, please dine on the scheduled date. If the cardholder fails to dine at the reserved time, the verification code will automatically expire and be considered as having completed the meal. 
• In case of a failed reservation, payment will be refunded to the cardholder's account within 5 working days via the original payment method. No other compensation will be provided beyond this. 
• Cardholders must properly safeguard their reservation SMS and verification codes. In case of loss, unauthorized use, or accidental deletion/leakage due to personal reasons, no reissue or compensation will be provided. No further dining arrangements or refunds will be made, and this benefit will be deemed used. 
• Relevant benefits cannot be combined with merchant promotions, group purchases, or other discounts. Children's charges shall follow the restaurant's actual pricing rules. • The hotel reserves the right to adjust or suspend buffet/afternoon tea services for special reasons, with final changes shown on the booking page. 
• This benefit does not apply on designated dates such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, Father's Day, Mother's Day, or statutory holidays. For details, please refer to the merchant's benefit page. 
• Once activated and bound, the benefits cannot be transferred. 
• If cardholders violate event rules by reselling/borrowing benefits to others, using disputed transactions to fraudulently claim rewards, Visa reserves the right to revoke benefits and pursue legal action.
